Giving to Make a Difference

I am incredibly grateful to share about the Foundation’s work over the past year.

Throughout 2022, we continued to help and give where we saw the greatest need. We followed our mission of inspired giving and focused on supporting underserved communities, children, the arts, Lyme and tickborne disease, psychedelic treatments for mental health, and sustainability. Our grants supported resources for young adults to succeed in life, space for increased food distribution to people in need, and innovative medical research into psychedelic treatments for mental health that could bring hope for the millions of patients suffering from these devastating conditions.

We also continued the Giving Tour, our initiative to visit and support nonprofits in every single state. We had the honor of meeting several uplifting organizations in Iowa and Minnesota on our mission to support good people doing good work for our local communities across America. We also discovered new organizations to support through our Awareness Date Giving initiative, where we provided grants and spread awareness of important causes.

I am honored to spotlight the work of our grantees and am constantly inspired by them every day. I hope that they inspire you to continue the spirit of giving. It’s more than just a gift. It’s about helping others selflessly, through volunteering, donating items, or sharing your own expertise.

With gratitude,
